You want the highest-quality, healthiest food for yourself and your family. Nutrient-dense food that nourishes and energizes you so well you don’t even need to eat as much of it as you normally do. Sustainably-raised food that doesn’t destroy the environment but actually regenerates it. Marble Creek offers the tastiest meats and a host of other farm's products to meet your needs.
Farming is hard. Farming and butchering is even harder. To do it well, takes the support and investment of dedicated consumers. We are passionate about raising and processing the healthiest animals in the most sustainable and humane way possible for our customers. Often the investment on our part of time, money, and land is measured in years to achieve a return. To help us build this business and to allow us to ensure we stay well-stocked, we offer a Farm Membership (to supplant the CSA [Community-Supported Agriculture] program we had before).
The way it works is simple. You buy a membership to our farm for 6 or 12 months. The longer term you buy, the more of a discount off our retail prices you receive. You get a monthly allotment of dollars to spend that allows you to get the meat you want, when you want, how you want as a store credit. That means you don’t have to buy a huge freezer and eat a whole cow or pig to save money. You get to choose exactly what is in your box, or we will offer a farmer’s choice assortment each month. $40 of your your membership purchase will be a deposit on 2 ice chests. We will drop one off and pick up your empty one when we deliver. This removes as much packaging waste as we can.
You can order as much or as little as you like each month. If you do not use your monthly credit, it will still be there for future purchases anytime you log back in to your account so you control how often you get orders.
We currently offer products from other farms and vendors and plan to grow that part of our business over the coming months. We offer high quality and local cheeses, honey, jams/jellies, herbal tinctures, mushrooms, bread, frozen soups, local flowers, local coffee, grain-free granola, locally made pasta and sauces, and local organic raised produce. We will add more so that you can get all your needs met through are program.
More importantly, you become a patron of our farm. The longer the membership term, the more perks you receive. All members receive priority ordering of product. This means you will be the first to be offered Thanksgiving turkeys, Christmas goose, Easter lamb or hams. When we have hard-to-get cuts like filets, or if we are running low on popular items (chicken breast, bacon, etc.), then you will have the first choice to get these! Just reach out and let us know what you are looking for and we will make sure you get taken care of first.
Here are the costs and what you get. If you do not use your entire allotment in a month, it will roll over. The allotment is issued in the form of a store credit and is not transferable. No refunds will be issued. We will spend the money you give us up front on feed, labor, equipment, and more, and then we will have more product available as result.
