OK, fire up the grill, ASAP! Get ready for bacon burger! We add our bacon to our 100% grass-fed beef and grind them together to make delicious, juicy burger ready for you to form into patties, grill up, and chow down! Thick cheeseburgers or fun little sliders - either way this is great!
As a small farm, we don't perform nutritional testing to get you an exact fat percentage, but when we make this ground beef, we use about 15% bacon ends (mostly fat) to grass-fed beef trim (mostly leaner meat). The marbling on the cuts we've used will vary based on the particular animal that day, but we're going to guess this is close to 85-15 ground beef.
This comes in vacuum-sealed packs that are approximately 1 pound. All our meat products are frozen.
