Thick and full of collagen, our bone broth is truly one of the finest products we create. It's perfect for bringing about delicious meals while adding nutrients to our bodies that we can't get anywhere else. Bones, water, a splash of apple cider vinegar to pull out nutrients, heat, and time. Nothing else is needed. We slow simmer for 24 hours or more, which creates a nutrient-dense, thick broth for supplemental healthcare or the best in cooking your week's meals.
We keep at least a quart of our bone broth in the fridge at all times. In our house, we add it to everything we would normally cook with water to add nutrition - veggies, meat in the crock pot, soup, and more. It's also great just for sipping! Sprinkle a little salt over it and drink it hot in a mug.
This quart of broth is shipped frozen and takes a few days to thaw in the fridge. I stick mine in the bottom fridge drawer, so it's out of the way while it thaws. It will have a jelly-like consistency once it's thawed but still cool, but when it is warm, it's a smoothly-flowing, easy-to-drink liquid.

We use rotational grazing because it heals the land, creates more nutritious meat, and is better for the animals. They get fresh grass to munch on, the movement breaks the parasite cycle (removing the need for chemical treatments), and letting the grass rest a while makes the plants and soil healthier. Raising so many different species creates a synergy that improves the soil health, which in turn creates healthier animals, which ends up making you and me healthier. Not only are pasture-raised meats better for the environment and have a much healthier nutritional profile than conventionally-raised meats, they are some of the most delicious meats out there!
