Breakfast, lunch, or dinner - bacon is tasty anytime! This hand-sliced smoked and cured jowl bacon is thick-cut. It comes from the jowl instead of the belly; it's a different shape than the bacon you're used to, but the same kind of great taste. 

This usually comes 1/2 pound per vacuum-sealed pack. All our meats are frozen.

Ingredients: pork, salt, brown sugar, dextrose, sodium nitrite (0.79%), <2% propylene glycol added to prevent caking.
