How to Buy

Interested in purchasing our products? You can find us at the farmer’s market – every Saturday morning at Pepper Place (with our full product selection of eggs, chicken, pork, beef, goat, lamb, rabbit, duck, turkey, and produce), and Good People the first Wednesday evening of the month (must order online first). Some of our items are carried by local grocery stores (Organic Harvest in Hoover has some of our pasture-raised eggs and some of our meats, and some Birmingham-area Piggly Wiggly stores carry our eggs at times). Cafe DupontShindig’s Catering, Highlands Bar and Grill, Dyron’s Low Country, Hot and Hot Fish Club and many more restaurants use our pasture-raised meats. If you dine or shop with those folks, please let them know you appreciate them using local, pasture-raised products from Marble Creek Farmstead!

    • Brandon, we have limited availability since we only process maybe 1 cow a month. You can ask Matthew at Pepper Place when he’ll have more liver. We won’t have any til Spring because we don’t currently process cattle during the winter (when they’re eating hay instead of fresh grass).

  1. Will you be at Pepper Place winter market also? If so, do you always have chicken feet at Pepper Place or did I just get lucky in the summer?
