We are one of only a handful of farms in the U.S. that raise, process, and directly market our own products. For our own farm, we have incredible flexibility to create unique sausages, special cuts of meat, and more, all because of this USDA-inspected facility. We will be adding charcuterie, smoked meats, and some fully-cooked options over the next year or so. There is not much in farming more special than being able to raise an animal on your farm and be the one that butchers it and turns it into the best possible meats. It really is a humbling and rewarding experience.
