Who doesn't love a good beef jerky? This is sure to keep you happy on the trail, in your purse or diaper bag, or anywhere else you’re on the go. We take our grass-fed beef sirloin, season it, cut into pieces, and dry it on our smoker. It comes out as a fairly hard jerky but has a nice flavor (I think the black pepper stands out the most)!
This is a vacuum-sealed package of about 1/3 pound and comes frozen.
Marble Creek Farmstead is a sustainable family farm specializing in pasture-raised meats and eggs. Our beef, bison, and lamb is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, getting rotated to fresh grass frequently. They're never given any hormones or antibiotics or feed besides hay and alfalfa in the winter. We use heritage breeds of cattle, including British White, Red Devons, and South Poll. Some of our happy beef cows are raised here on the Farmstead and some are raised at a partner farm (Hurricane Branch) in Deatsville, AL. We have our own USDA-inspected meat processing plant right here on the farm.
