We at Marble Creek care deeply about animal welfare. Nothing makes us more upset than a broken system that leads to millions of pigs euthanized for no where to be processed while store shelves are empty. While we do not agree with how barn raised pigs are raised, we cannot stand by and see that meat wasted. We are buying a load of these pigs and processing them for the community at our cost plus processing costs. This $100 deposit or $200 deposit reserves either a half or whole pig. We will process them May 11-15. Bacon and hams take an extra week to make so all meat will be ready to pick up starting May 22 and no later than May 30. No special requests will be allowed as our crew cannot handle it with the volume we are processing right now.
