This strawberry-jalapeño jam is ready to give you a kick in the pants. Sure, the ruby-red fruit fills your mouth with summer sweetness, but it is the after-tremble of the jalapeños that will have you going back for more. This is great with a soft creamy cheese on toasted baguette slices. It'll also pair perfectly with roasted meats straight from the grill (fashion a basting brush out of fresh herbs and apply preserves liberally to bone-in chicken leg quarters). Or craft your own house mixed drink by swirling a tablespoon into a cocktail glass with a jigger of vodka and a healthy splash of fizzy mineral water.
Ingredients: strawberries, sugar, jalapeños, vinegar, lemon, pectin

Stone Hollow Farmstead is owned by our friend Deborah Stone down the road in Harpersville, and has multiple businesses there - a cannery, creamery, the herb & flower gardens, her skin care line, and more. We love the happy little goats and farm pups.
